Spam sending

We do not allow ourselves or any of our clients to send spam. We actively monitor this and will, without warning, stop this from continuing. We will then get in contact with the client that has, perhaps unknowingly, been sending out bad E-mail and work towards a solution.

If we feel that the spam is send intentionally or if this happens repeatedly with the same client, we will look at other means of stopping this and we will demand payment for all time and effort that is requested to stop these issues, now and in the future.

 

Did you receive spam from one of our clients?

If you do receive spam from one of our clients, and please, do be honest about this, send this on to our support E-mail so we can investigate the issue and take proper action.

 

Hacking

Hacking will not be tolerated. If we get a notice of a client trying to do so, we will investigate and possibly suspend the connection a.s.a.p.

We will then further investigate and start communication with our client and taken appropriate action.

 

Looking for exploits

It could be that you have been directed to this page as you entered a website address that isn’t supposed to be tried. This might be accidental, but often this is an attempt at getting at our system(s) and / or an attempt to find possible flawed sotware.

We automatically direct you to this page, so you see that we have seen this and have taken note. In case of multiple attempts, we will take further action.

 

Your information

We may have taken note of your attempt, but this will normally not be used, unless we see multiple attempts. We will not keep your details indefinitely.

 

What if being send here doesn’t seem to be correct

If you get send here and you feel this is incorrect, send an E-mail to our support with the details of what and how you were trying to accomplish, so that we can investigate the issue and take proper action.
