Just counting the standard lines, we have about 70 different types of Business ADSL lines. This ranges from the smaller lines with a limited SLA up till "rental" lines with the highest possible SLA. And even over completely different networks.
This "jungle" hasn't been created for the fun of it, every customer, every application and every line can have different demands. We cater for that.

And because Internet Acces is growing to be more and more vital to you and your business, we do recommend that you think seriously about the level of service (SLA) that you would require if something does happen. What will be the time it takes to get things fixed in case something does go wrong? What will be the timespan that it will take for you to really have a problem with receiving mail for example? Or i you can't access the Internet anymore?
Put clearer, how will this be handled?
