A domain name identifies one or more IP addresses. For example, the domain name
bizzonweb.info represents a certain IP address. The domain names are used in URL
to identify particular Web pages. For example, in the URL http://www.bizzonweb.info,
the domain name is "bizzonweb.info". Once the domain name is registered
to a person or company, it is that person’s to use exclusively as long as
they continue to pay the yearly renewal fee.

How long will it take to
setup my account?
Accounts are setup ASAP - usually in less than 24 hours. You will receive a welcome
e-mail when you sign up with instructions on how to access your account.

How long before (www.mywebsitename.biz)
is accessible?
If you registered a new domain, it should be available within 24 hours (through
its IP number). Propagating a new domain through the web normally takes 1-2 days
and transferring a domain generally takes about 2-3 days. However, its overall
availability will depend on when the various worldwide DNS servers are updated
. This is something we don't have any control over. Normally, this should be realized
within a couple of days.

The first step of your sign-up is our DomainCheck that will tell you if the domain is available. If it is not, you must look for
another one that you like.

acceptable?
Until our Merchant Account has been finalized, the type of payment will be by
mutual agreement either Direct Debit or Credit Card.

How do I cancel my account?
In order to protect your security and privacy, we can only accept account cancellations
via postal mail and/or e-mail. Please include your name, signature, domain name,
e-mail address, and a brief explanation. We will do all in our power to verify
this with you before canceling your account and deleting your site.

the domain is transferred?
Yes. We will give you a temporary link to your site while the transfer is in progress.

Our network backbone is based on multiple pieces of backbones maintained by multiple
fiber carriers and utilizes both switching and router technology to provide the
most reliable network model.

What type of backups do
you use?
We backup the sites to tape. Please be aware that even though we are creating
daily backups of the servers as a whole, these are for crash-recovery only, we
therefore also suggest that our customers keep a copy of their individual sites.

Does each site have it’s
own IP address?
No. Due to the enormous amount of internet sites on the web nowadays, there is
a world-wide shortage of IP numbers. Thanks to technological advances we can host
multiple sites on an IP number without any riscs involved.

What type of support do
you offer?
We prefer e-mail support. This ensures that we always receive your questions,
no matter where we are. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm CET (GMT+01:00).
E-mail support is available 7 days a week.

We reserve the right to permanently discontinue service at any time, without notice,
should you be found in violation of our terms and conditions.

After applying for this service it will take approximately 2 days to implement.

How do I get a password-protected
directory?
Just e-mail
and include the domain name and directory
name that you would like to be password-protected. You will receive a confirmation
e-mail with instructions.

Do you offer Telnet access?
No. Any Telnet would compromise the security of the machine.
